I’ve Come to Stay

There is a beautiful phrase in Scripture that I really, really like. It is… “Ask and you shall Receive.” What it doesn’t say but is implied. If you no ask… you no receive!. Me…. I am probably the most asking person you have met. Especially of God.
It’s not that I ask every single minute. I’m actually getting to the point where I do leave a lot up to God to decide.. but when something sort of goes zing in my head and heart… I ask. Last week I asked Danielle if it would be possible to be a regular blogger on Faith and Family… because… I had so much fun being on this faith and fun filled blogging site with all of you.
I’ve been on a community site with the Seattle PI for several years.. but the faith part was a little on the low side. Not quite empty.. but we were starting to smell fumes. And after spending a week with you lovely people here.. I could see what I was missing!
So greetings and blessings… I’m hanging up my coat over here on the hook and putting my shoes in the closet… I’m pouring myself a cup of tea, pulling out this nice comfy chair and sitting down for a spell to enjoy my new home.
