Change of Plans

I had the chance during my travels yesterday to pre-screen the upcoming Family Movie Night feature “Change of Plans” and can’t wait for the rest of you to enjoy it too. Sponsored by Walmart and P&G, this is another “family friendly” movie you can enjoy without cringing one single time! The film features great performances by Phylicia Rashad and Joe Flanigan, as well as super vocals and acting by Brooke White of American Idol fame. Along with enjoying Brooke’s tunes (which will soon be available on the DVD Sound Track), I was most impressed by the child actors in the movie. They portray a family of four children who suddenly find themselves orphaned and in need of a home. Brooke’s Sally and her husband Jason suddenly find themselves foster parents of four and are admittedly completely unready to compromise their lives to welcome their new charges.
I don’t want to give away the ending, but I will say that this is a film that will leave you inspired and uplifted, and also one that you can and should share with your children and teens.
