This week on our Faith & Family Live Cast (click here to listen or click on the player above), Danielle and I are joined by the ever fabulous Hallie Lord. In our first segment, we take advantage of having our lovely fashion friend on the show and take time to discuss our “personal styles” and some of our favorite stores and resources. Be sure to check out Danielle’s book recommendation It’s So You! Fitting Fashion to Your Life by Catholic author Mary Sheehan Warren. How would you describe your “personal style”? Do you love finding fashions or is shopping and dressing a challenge for you?
This week’s Faith & Family Feature Product is the latest edition of Faith & Family Magazine. Check out this great resource which includes the Catholic Identity College Guide for 2010-11, a Saints Quiz, our “My Faith and Family” feature on Rachel Campos-Duffy, a “What’s Cooking” Oktoberfest article and much more! Subscribe here or please consider sharing this great resource with a friend.
In our final segment, we recap the recent Catholic New Media Celebration with a chat about the joy of meeting online friends in person and the potential for bringing folks “home” to the Church through the creative energy and power of new media. If you missed the CNMC and want to tune in to the recordings of the day’s activities, click here to watch the videos from the event.
