Google Wave Anyone?

Have you heard of Google Wave? It’s a new real-time communication and sharing tool from Google.
It’s still being developed, though, and so Google has been limiting the people who have access to it. I got an invitation through a blog promotion a couple of weeks ago and have been playing around with it since. I definitely see a lot of potential for its use in collaborative work—which is very exciting for a writer/editor type like me.
Would you like to try out Google Wave? Now’s your chance! I have 8 invitations to give away and I figured I would do it through a twitter contest.
To qualify for a Google Wave invite, just follow Faith & Family on twitter and then tweet the following: “I just entered to win a Google Wave invitation from @FaithandFamily and you can too! http://tinyurl.com/yd6sus2”
That’s it! I’ll pick 8 at random on Friday, November 20 at 12:00 noon EST and then tweet the winners. Good luck!

Google wave invitation required, please ! Am dying for that
I am already on Google Wave and I’m looking for places to meet or connect with other Catholics and Catholic bloggers or tweeters. Do anyone out there have any recommendations?
I am a big fan of Google and use quite a few of their products for personal, business, and our parish. I received my invitation to Google Wave, and have to say that I am not real impressed. I am really trying to envision it for use within the Parish community and really can not seem to find a realistic fit for it. Google Apps . . . that’s a definite benefit within the parish, but I can’t see Google Wave being any benefit. Is anyone using it within the parish community?
