'Petunia Pickle Bottom' and Her Delicious Temptations

Is that not the best name for a line of diaper bags you’ve ever heard? The name alone makes me covet!
Oh heavenly Cake Cosmopolitan Carryall, don’t you know you had me at hello?
(Did I mention that the diaper bag in question is a “vintage inspired doctor style fashion bag” to boot? No? Well, it is. Swoon.)
Alas, just as I am discerning whether I would prefer to partake of a wee slice of Apple Tart Cake or whether I am in the mood for a bit of French Gooseberry Cake my eyes stumble upon the horror that is the price tag.
Even a vintage-inspired diaper bag which is perfectly “decadent, sweet, and altogether delightful” and promises to be a “moveable feast” that is a “stroke of baker’s genius” isn’t quite tempting enough of a seductress to coax me out of $349. Still, my heart hasn’t quite moved on and my dreams are still made of sumptuous Cake.
Help out a love-sick pregnant gal, won’t you girls? I must find a way to forget all about Petunia Pickle Bottom and her darling designs once and for all. Do you happen to have, or have you recently spotted, a diaper bag that is adorable, functional and affordable? The lady that manages to find all those things wrapped in vintage style gets bonus points! ![]()
Thank you so much, sweet friends! I just know that if anyone can cure me of this infatuation it’s you!
