Prayers for Arwen

Just a quick note to ask that you please keep Arwen and her twin baby boys in prayer. She went into labor this afternoon and is at the hospital where they are attempting to stop the contractions.

Her most recent update was: “Our goal now is for me to stay pregnant til Sat afternoon, 24hrs after tomorrow’s 2nd steroid shot. If we make it, we’ll go from there.”

You can get more updates on her Twitter account.

Jesus, Mary, Joseph, St. Anne, and St. Gerard, please pray for Arwen and her babies!

Praying for Arwen and the twins!!  I had a 33 week preemie and I really hated the NICU experience. So prayers also for all of the doctors, nurses, and staff Arwen and her family will encounter at the hospital, may God bless them with compassion, kindness, patience, and a healing gentle touch on both body and soul.

Praying.

God surround Arwen and these precious boys with your peace, love and protection. Help the contractions cease and allow the boys to continue growing in her womb until it is safe for them to be in her arms. Give the doctors wisdom and understanding. Mary, Mother of God, St. Gianna, and St. Gerard, pray for them.
Amen,.

Dear God,
I second that. Praying hard! ♥

I will pray for Arwen.  How many weeks is she now?

Looks like she’s 33 1/2 weeks. Prayers coming!

Praying!

i have been stalking her twitter account for news -  praying hard!

Praying!!!

Praying for you Arwen!  They were able to stop my PTL with my twins twice before I delivered at 34w6d, but that was because I have a history of my waters breaking early.  I’m praying they get yours stopped.

For the record my NICU experience wasn’t bad at all, other than managing 3 other young children who weren’t allowed in the NICU it was quite peaceful.  My hospital had an amazing NICU so it really just depends.

Forgot to mention, if you do deliver now be sure to fight for RSV vaccinations for your little ones.  They can get them at least one, possibly two, RSV seasons since they are preemies. Insurance doesn’t like to pay for them because they are expensive but they are worth every minute you and your ped. spend dealing with the insurers, particularly when you have other children at home!

Praying!!!

Praying. Been there with twins too. Praying for mom, babies, dad and siblings and all the doctors and nurses.

I am praying for one and all!! God is the Master Planner and He knows best. God Bless

Praying!

I am praying too…please keep us posted…..

Our family will be praying!

I will pray with hope and confidence.  I had so many prayers with my difficult pregnancy and was abundantly blessed.  We spent 7 weeks in the NICU with my son who was born 3 lbs at 31 weeks, with Down Syndrome and needing an intestinal surgery.  We knew of his needs before he was born, and had been particularly praying for a longer pregnancy.  I’m blessed he made it to 31 weeks!  I made it through 40 hours of the 48hr steroid treatment for lung development and he was born so loud and strong, not needing any breathing assistance!  He impressed all the doctors and nurses, especially for having Downs, and the surgery on the second day of his birth was a success.  Our NICU experience was excellent, though rather far.  Prayer works!  Praise God and thank you Blessed Mother, St. Gerard, St. Gianna, Sts Gabriel and Raphael, archangels!  Our son is so blessed, so special, and so loved.  I know that twins are a different story, but maybe this helps.  God bless!
