Sharing Prayer

Sometimes when my tiny twin boys are kicking me, I actually tear up thinking about how many people are praying for them.
To me, prayers are probably the biggest perk of being a blogger. My babies don’t deserve prayer more than any other babies, but they get it because so many kind, generous people know about their existence and wish the best for them. What a blessing that is!
Today, I’d like to share the kindness.
My sister Miriel sent me a link to the blog of a friend of hers. This young mother is pursuing a diagnosis for her toddler’s unexplained illness… while her husband is deployed overseas.
Sounds like she could use some prayers, doesn’t it?
Miriel has asked her friends to leave supportive comments for Adrienne, and a couple dozen people have promised in the comments section to pray for this worried mama and for her daughter. Wouldn’t it be great if even more people were praying? If you can spare the time and the small amount of effort, please click over to Adrienne’s blog to let her know that you’re praying for her. I know that she would appreciate it!
And because all those in need deserve as much prayer as they can get, let’s make this a prayer request thread. If you know someone - including yourself - who’s struggling in some way, please leave a comment with a link, a story, a name, or even just a pseudonym (God will still know who we’re talking about!). Let’s all pray for each other today!
