I retired a year ago. My attitude to ageing is:
You are only as old as you feel. What does it matter what other people think about me? I am who God wants me to be at any time. So why worry?
Sleeping Soundly and Aging Gracefully

This week on the Faith & Family Live Cast (click here to listen or click on the player above), Rachel, Arwen and I tackle two topics that hold great interest for moms everywhere: sleep and aging.
Sleep schedules, bedtime routines, curfews for teens and dealing with exhaustion are perennial challenges for families. How do you handle bedtimes and naptimes? Do you find it important to get a certain number of hours of sleep to function efficiently as a mom? What’s keeping you up at night?
Our Faith and Family Feature Product is the wonderful Vatican Library Collection from 1928 Jewelry, and specifically this week’s Rosary Bracelet Giveaway. Be sure to enter for your chance to win this lovely piece of jewelry and to check out the many magnificent pieces that make us the Vatican Library Collection.
On the blog, we’ve been in the midst of a bounty of birthdays, so this week we look at “aging gracefully”. As you grow in years and wisdom, how have you adjusted to an aging body? How does your faith temper the influence of popular culture and keep you from becoming overly concerned with physical appearance? What are your keys to staying “young at heart”?
