#3 - at least during the day
Sweating the Small Stuff
Posted by Danielle Bean in Family on Thursday, March 04, 2010 7:01 AM
It’s important for moms to recognize that all the small successes in our days can add up to one big triumph. So on Thursday of each week, we do exactly that.
To participate, just write up a list of 3 of your recent Small Successes and post it on your blog along with the Small Successes button (go here to get the code). You are not required to use the button, but please do link back to the main post here. Then you can add your blog here using the Mr. Linky form (please link to the individual blog post, not the home page of your blog).
If you don’t have a blog, you can share your Small Successes in the comments.
To get us started, here are my small successes for this week:
1. Made time for a family movie night. 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea. Great family movie!
2. Despite a ridiculously busy and disjointed week so far, I did not forget my daughter’s orthodontic appointment. Thank you, Daughter, for reminding me.
3. Despite some serious regression, the potty train is still chugging along. Repeat after me: “He will not wear Pull Ups to college.”
Now it’s your turn! Share all the little ways you’ve found small success this week.

1. Called former pediatrician and filled out and faxed forms to have files transferred to new ped.
2. Prayed the Rosary WITH the kids 2 or 3 times this week.
3. Unfortunately, had to cancel horseback-riding, but did it more than 12 hours in advance.
