The Joys of Impractical Shoes
Posted by Danielle Bean in Just me on Friday, July 03, 2009 10:00 AM
On our anniversary yesterday, Dan took me out shopping. He “owed” me some birthday presents from last month (he did not), he said and figured we might as well pick some things out together.
I guess I thrill easily, because my man’s voluntary company on a shopping excursion made me giddy.
And when I picked out these totally impractical shoes, ones I am quite sure will be the cause of my demise when I turn over my ankle in them a thousand different times a thousand different ways, and he said only, “Sure, if you like them,” I knew he loved me.
No wonder I married this man!

Oh I’m a sucker for impractical shoes—those are darling! Happy ankle turning!
Technique is secondary to the art. It is however the artist’s most powerful tool. The studio looks more like a laboratory or research facility.
As far as accommodations are concerned Hotels in Basel are among the best options. With around 4000 hotel beds available in the city and that too centrally located what more can you ask for? In the city you would find Cheap Basel Hotels, mid range hotels and luxury hotels as well.
