Up Next: Lip Gloss!

Today, my contribution to this little corner of the world is not the most profound thing you will see all day. BUT, it must be mentioned. Because it’s a topic of importance, perhaps not of utmost importance but worth discussing nonetheless.
The topic is lip gloss, and my opinion is you should try some.
Today I grabbed this little tube of hydrating, natural gloss. I will admit I have long been a sucker for Burt, way before you could buy him anywhere. I love the Lemon Butter cuticle cream and the Baby Bee body wash and while I’m not crazy about the effectiveness of the Raspberry and Brazil Nut shampoo, I must admit it smells really good.
This particular lip gloss, the Super Shiny Lip Gloss, is new to the Burt’s Bees lineup and it does the trick. It’s sheer and shiny and has a great scent (and, let’s admit, it tastes decent too). All in all, I give it a two thumbs up.
Like I said, in light of the election and Ike and moral and theological discussions of sanctity of life and making good choices, I know lip gloss is looooowww on the list of things worth contemplating. Having said all that, if you are feeling the need for a new lip salve, this is one I highly recommend.
