I enjoyed reading your article on Catholic Match, Robyn! More than one year I have felt the loneliness Valentine’s Day can evoke.
Valentine's Day Got You Down?
Posted by Danielle Bean in Family on Sunday, February 12, 2012 6:38 PM
I am so proud of our Robyn Lee! Every time I turn around I find her in a different spot online, sharing her talents and giving others the gift of her perspective on life as a young, single, professional Catholic woman.
This time she’s at Catholic Match, sharing about how not to let Valentine’s Day (aka “Singles Awareness Day”) get you down, even if you happen to be single. I just love her cheerful, optimistic, faith-filled approach to life, and I’m sure you will too.
Go, Robyn! We love you!

Robyn asks how we plan to spend St. V Day - I think I’m going to spend it in bed with a sore throat which I got from my four year old son who coughed all over me. But if I weren’t sick, my husband and I still wouldn’t be going out because, due to his job, he can’t get away! Even though married, I’m not a fan of the pressures of V Day either.
Loved this post!! Love the positive spin! My husband and I hardly celebrate St. Valentine’s Day because it’s in the middle of basketball season, so he’s at a game and I’m home with the little guys—truly my favorite Valentine from him today was him walking our baby at 1:00 am in the morning, so I could get back to sleep.
