What Are Your Favorite Romantic Comedies?

Dan and I recently enjoyed watching Letters to Juliet.
It was certainly not high art, but it was a cute little story (I think completely inoffensive, but don’t quote me on that—I might have forgotten something!) and made for a fun evening together.
We enjoy watching lots of different kinds of movies, but when it’s my turn to choose what we watch, I pretty much always pick a romantic comedy.
But picking them can be tricky.
Romantic comedies can be done well (We loved 27 Dresses!) or they can be done so poorly you want to tear your eyes out (Made of Honor, anyone?). And even some of the well-done ones have sex scenes or suggestive material that I would rather avoid anyway. (I won’t nix an entire movie if it happens to contain one unfortunate scene, but I’d rather not have to fast forward through large portions of anything we’re spending time watching together.)
I know I am not alone in my appreciation for a well-done romantic comedy, so I thought maybe we could make a useful list together to inspire many date nights to come. If we come up with a decent number of suggestions, I will post them separately with Netflix/Amazon links.
So .. time to share! If you enjoy romantic comedies, what are some of your favorites?
