Would You Wear This Sweater?

No one can say Faith & Family shies away from the truly controversial questions!
Would you wear this sweater? Do you have this sweater? Does your dh have one to match?
What about this one?
Do you get a new Christmas sweater each year? And start wearing it Thanksgiving weekend? Do you wear it to Church? Do you have dangly earrings in the shape of Christmas ornaments, stockings, penguins, polar bears and the like? Do you have a light-up Christmas tree brooch you can’t wait to wear each year?
Is your attitude, “I try to spread cheer wherever I go, and it makes me popular with the kids”?
I have to admit I wouldn’t wear anything that bright. Not that I disapprove: it’s just my innate fashion sensibility is: “please look at someone else.” I like it when other people wear festive seasonal clothes.
Here’s a site where you can design your own holiday sweater and send it as an email greeting to your friends. Or just go “window shopping” for close to 3000 Christmas sweaters on display “for your pain and amusement.”
And now: spill it, ladies. Do you wear holiday sweaters? To please the person who gives them to you? Because they’re silly, but fun? Or because you really, really love ‘em? True confessions time. (Fear not, you’re among friends. We won’t judge you.)
