You Did It! Now Tell Us About It

It’s important for moms to recognize that all the small successes in our days can add up to one big triumph. So on Thursday of each week, we do exactly that.
To participate, just write up a list of 3 of your recent Small Successes and post it on your blog along with the Small Successes button (go here to get the code). You are not required to use the button, but please do link back to the main post here. Then you can add your blog here using the Mr. Linky form (please link to the individual blog post, not the home page of your blog).
If you don’t have a blog, you can share your Small Successes in the comments.
To get us started, here are my small successes for this week:
1. I survived a 3.5-hour Easter Vigil with the entire family. (I can’t take all the credit. A $15 trip to the dollar store earlier in the day made entertaining Daniel in the pew significantly simpler than it would have been otherwise.)
2. I paid my debts at the library. The sad part is that our library doesn’t even charge late fees. I wrote a check for $27 to cover the cost of two books we lost. Now, of course, we will find them.
3. I did not freak out when we were out late and I had to miss seeing Lost on Tuesday night. Instead, I am making plans for a date night with Dan where we will get caught up on Lost ... and each other.
Now it’s your turn! Please share all the small but significant ways you’ve done the right thing this week.
