Great list! I remember dealing with toy boxes. Not easy! Good for you! Stay healthy!
You Rock, Tell Us How

It’s important for moms to recognize that all the small successes in our days can add up to one big triumph. So on Thursday of each week, we do exactly that.
To participate, just write up a list of 3 of your recent Small Successes and post it on your blog along with the Small Successes button (go here to get the code). You are not required to use the button, but please do link back to the main post here. Then you can add your blog here using the Mr. Linky form (please link to the individual blog post, not the home page of your blog).
If you don’t have a blog, you can share your Small Successes in the comments.
To get us started, here are my small successes for this week:
1. I gutted the toy boxes. And threw away a lot. (I am counting on my 6 and under set not reading this blog).
2. I made some changes to my diet beginning this week. I had been slipping in lots of little ways and it was time to admit it. No more sugar. No more white flour. So far, so good.
3. I have been trying hard and have not yet caught my husband’s (pretty yucky) cold. I figure if I can avoid it, we can avoid spreading it to the kids. And this way we all have lots more sympathy for the sick one anyway.
Okay, now it’s your turn. Share all the big-little ways you’ve found success this week!

1. I made homemade soup for dinner last night even though I really did not have the time. The kids asked and I was happy to oblige them!
2. I got all 5 kids where they needed to be ON TIME all week and was not late to pick up anyone! Thank you Google Calendar and BlackBerry!
3. I got everything done thus far this week that was on the ‘to do’ list…even though I though some of it would NEVER get done!
1. I’ve survived (so far) week 4 of my husband working out of town and all that it entails.
2. I’m getting through the mounds of hand-me-downs that have been generously given to us.
3. I’ve gotten this week’s houswork done pretty much “on schedule.”
Sally: LOL!!!! I ‘took my time’ with the giant Hershey bar given to me Sunday—- But another bar is calling to me.
1. I cleaned under the 5 year old’s bed!
2. I shopped for all 4 girls’ winter clothes and shoes After going through handme down’s in the closet And attic.
3. I cleaned the teen girl bedroom and actually found the floor. It no longer smells like bunny litterbox.
I am so glad not to list my many fails this week.
