More Video Inspiration From Catholic Vote

Gearing up for November’s elections, CatholicVote.org has released a new video, featuring Martin Luther King’s famous “I Have a Dream” speech. Please take a moment to watch and share your thoughts!

Happy Pro-Life Earth Day

Creative Ad Campaign from Catholic Vote

I blogged about this very cool ad campaign from Catholic Vote at NCRegister last week. I am so thrilled to see this video of the ad on the streets and people’s positive reactions to its pro-life message. You can see the ad up-close here.

I purposely held back from offering any comments when I first posted the new Catholic Vote Action video yesterday.

And that was because I wasn’t sure yet what I thought.

What I was inclined to think was that I would LOVE this video if the group that produced it weren’t called Catholic Vote Action. While my political opinions are definitely in line with the video, I hesitate to call those particular... READ MORE

Catholic Vote Takes on Health Care

Check out the newest video

I would love to hear your opinion of this latest video from CatholicVoteAction.org, the legislative arm of CatholicVote.org. It’s a response to this sarcastic video from MoveOn.org.  I’ll wait and share my thoughts in the comments after others have weighed in.

All For a Song

Get the popular tune from Catholic Vote's new ad

Back when I first posted the newly released pro-life ad put together by CatholicVote.org, someone asked about the music in it.

I really liked it too.

And the good news is that the song, Close My Eyes by Daniel Schreck, is available for download on iTunes. You can find it by searching on iTunes, or click the link in the left column of the CatholicVote homepage for “Get the Latest Song.”

Learn more about Daniel Schreck’s music at his website.

Pro-Life Message to Air During American Idol

Catholic Vote does it again

CatholicVote.org, the folks behind the pro-life ads that were rejected during the Super Bowl for being “too political,” have succeeded in creating a new pro-life ad that has already been accepted for airing during the season finale of American Idol. Let’s pray that this beautiful, positive message reaches hearts that need to hear it most.

Bishop Chaput v. Professor Kmiec

pluralism does not mean being quiet out of a misguided sense of good manners

Those of you following the debate among pro-life Catholics about which way to turn in the election in two weeks will want to read the latest salvo from Archbishop Chaput.

It started last February, when Professor Douglas Kmiec, a member of the Reagan administration and Professor of Law at Pepperdine University, suggested that Barack Obama would be a natural choice for Catholic voters in a column for... READ MORE
