Last week Daria mentioned apple pie and I sighed a little. I will probably get some pie this year when my mom or my sister makes it, but I have no time to make it myself.

Last summer I posted a recipe for skillet peach cobbler, which is my favorite peach dessert.
(It’s really wonderful. You should try it!)

Excellent Easter Eating

Cooking is the one household chore that doesn’t feel like a chore to me, and I also love to eat, so it should come as no surprise that I get excited about the feasting aspect of the Easter season.

Special Crispy Treats

I know they’re not everyone’s thing, but I love rice crispy treats. Yes, they’re basically just cereal-studded pieces of chewy sugar, but they are *delicious* cereal-studded balls of chewy sugar. Also, as long as you work fast and you’re not picky about letting them cool completely, you can be eating them less than fifteen minutes after you decide to make them.
