This video from NASA is fascinating in its own right, but I love the reflection it inspires in Msgr. Charles Pope.

In honor of the 40th anniversary of man walking on the moon, Google Earth offers a new feature that allows you to observe the moon’s terrain—as well as see the evidence of man’s visit there. This will make a nice little summer-homeschool study for today, I think.
