My goodness it’s hot here. When the temps rise, the last thing I want to do is add another 350 degress to the mix. These days, the oven stays off!
Tonight we are grilling hot dogs for dinner and in an effort to not grill hot dogs every night for the next three months, I thought I’d ask: what are your favorite summer dinners?

Hamburgers, Dressed Up

Grilling is an easy way to get dinner on the table in the summer, and hamburgers are cheap and good. I really like mine with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mustard. But eventually that gets old, so this summer I’ve been experimenting with different ways to dress up a burger. This variation was a particular success at our house.
