My friend Heather and I are involved in a ministry called Theology on Tap. The basic idea of Theology on Tap is creating a forum where young people of all walks of life could talk about the faith in a casual setting at a bar or restaurant. A typical Theology on Tap consists of a 45 minute talk, 15 minutes q&a and time for fellowship afterward.

Fr. Leo Patalinghug was featured on the cover of the Washington Post recently, and it seems his public ministry is about to explode.
Fr. Leo is on a mission to bring back the sacred of the family meal to draw families closer to each other and to the Lord. My favorite part of the article is when the writer describes Fr. Leo as the “compact, smiley 39-year-old.” He is truly one of the most dynamic personalities you will ever meet. How wonderful that he uses his gifts to glorify God.

Family Life Ministry

This morning, I was blessed to have a one to one meeting with the new Family Life Coordinator for my home diocese, the Diocese of Fresno.
