In my recent post about our upcoming Oktoberfest, Tiffany asks:
“Would you be willing to share what is on your menu for your Oktoberfest? It sounds like it would be a fun way to celebrate fall!”
It sure is and I sure will. Our Oktoberfest is a traditional gathering of friends and family. We carve pumpkins, play horseshoes, drink beer, and give the kids lots of cotton candy and other treats.

A Panic-Inducing Sign

Our family’s annual Oktoberfest is this coming Saturday. 38 kids and 17 grown ups coming to my house for fall feasting means I’ve been preparing to bake pumpkin bread and pumpkin pie. And plenty of it.
Imagine my panic, then, when at the store this weekend I saw this sign.
