Mom Retreat

As you read this, I’ll be in my car driving over to a coastal city a few hours from home. The occasion? I am leading a three day private retreat for a group of mom friends who will be gathering for a time of prayer, of worship, of discussion and of rest. Last Sunday the Pope and all the Roman Curia began their annual Spiritual Exercises retreat.
In his Angelus address, the Pope took the occasion to ask for prayers and to reflect on all of Lent as a retreat.
