Blame It On His Angel

Two informal moments from the Pope’s vacation caught my eye.
While out on his evening walk, the pope happened upon five kids and their moms.
That’s the picture you see here, and the papal spokesman tells the story.
Secondly, it amused me to read the Pope “blames” his guardian angel for his broken wrist.
(Though he was quick to absolve him of neglect, saying he unquestionably answered to a higher authority.)

For months, my husband and I have been looking forward to this coming week.
