Adam and I just had the most interesting discussion - it’s amazing what we can learn from our children when we allow ourselves to slow down a bit and to allow them to teach us.
We were having a conversation about a recent “pop quiz” in his 8th grade religion class. His teacher had asked the students to write out the Ten Commandments in the correct order. Apparently, the results were pretty dismal. ... READ MORE
Pro-Life Volunteering

Yesterday afternoon Camilla and I went to a local crisis pregnancy center that is just starting up. They had advertised that they needed pregnant women, 7-20 weeks, to act as stand-in patients while they trained their staff on their new ultrasound machine. Since I’m 16 weeks pregnant this week, I volunteered.

Kristen and Matt had five kids at home when Matt was laid off from his medical technology job in New Mexico. Life had been chaotic and stressful over the years, but now it was worse.
