Voting Pro-Life

Even on the Local Level

Today I went to the grocery store to buy some comfort food for a rainy afternoon (Cheez-its and Reese’s pieces if anyone was wondering).

Happy with my purchase I walked out the door and was greeted by young professionals who asked if I was a resident of the town. When I said yes, I was introduced to the local politician who was running for Town Council.

Now let me first say that I am not into politics,... READ MORE

Book Title - It’s Time to Vote - Round One

Choosing the best title for book on "Catholics Returning Home."

Okay…I think we have enough titles now… 197 last count. We certainly should be able to find THE BEST TITLE now don’t you think?

Are you noticing how I keep saying “We?”  Like as in ... I’m not making this decision all by myself?

So here is how it works. If you would be so kind as to pick “3 Titles”  that you like and post as a comment… then I will gather up your choices and make them into a new smaller... READ MORE

We Want Your Feedback

Tell us what you're looking for

You might have noticed the cute little “feedback” tab on the left margin of this page. If you click it, you’ll see that it takes you to a Feedback page we’ve set up for Faith & Family Live. This page is a cool interactive tool that you can use to let us know what kinds of features, tools, and topics you’d like to see here.

You can submit anonymously and you do not need to create an account to post a suggestion. Please note that in addition to the general forum, you can post suggestions in the “What We Like” and “Suggested Blog Topics” forums (see the right sidebar for these).

You can also vote on and leave comments about input from others to let us know what you like and don’t like about others’ suggestions. I hope you’ll visit often—so that we can continue to provide you with the kind of content that best meets your needs.

Friendly Reminder

Vote!

Don’t forget to vote to determine a winner from among the finalists in our Catholic Living Haiku Contest. Voting will end at midnight tonight and I’ll announce the winner tomorrow.

Haiku of Catholic Living

You decide.

I give up.

I have been going through all the fabulous entries in our Catholic Living Haiku Contest and after a painful elimination process, I have narrowed it down to my top five favorites. But there are so many good ones that I refuse to decide the winner alone.

THANK YOU to everyone who contributed such thoughtful, beautiful, humorous, and entertaining poems!

There’s a lot at stake here. Not only... READ MORE
